Over the Sea to Tassie!

So I have been thinking about it and realised that for me this weekend is the final weekend in a non stop being away and singing a lot 7 weeks. I have to admit Im pretty tired and looking forward to next week being off but I do love it, its who I am. So tomorrow my sister Liv & I head off to Tassie (via Sydney, Liv's excited as we get to see the airport haha!) to be reunited with the other Raymond Sister as we are the special guest artists for Easter in Tasmania for the Salvos.  We have to sing at a couple of services and share with people over this most significant of weekends and celebrations.  It will be lovely to be back together and to also enjoy some relaxing time after a big couple of weeks for all of us.

I hope that your Easter is a lovely one, full of family, friends, relaxing, chocolate and of course the most important, God's Love.  God sent his own son to die for our sins so that we might be free and live in his love. Do not forget what kind of sacrifice that was but also celebrate as Jesus conquered death and rose again.  We are set free from our sins if we only ask and believe.

Happy Easter

A Dream is a wish your heart makes....

A dream is a wish you heart makes... Do you have a dream? something that you want your life to be? or somewhere you want to go? Are you reaching for it? I have had a dream to be a Mary Kay Director since I joined the company 10 years ago and this month I took a huge step to achieving this. On October 1st I entered into DIQ or Director in Qualification, I now have 4 months to become a Director. I am very excited about this, the timing seemed right and when I do it I will be able to do just Mary Kay and Singing which will be perfect! It is rather scary though because there is a lot of work to be done in those four months, I have to build my team and reach certain production goals and sometimes it seems crazy, but that's the idea of moving up isn't it? taking a leap of faith? So why Directorship you ask? I understand leadership is not for everyone but I have always been drawn to it. I do have a passion for helping women feel good about themselves and I believe that we are...

2018 Celebration!!

2018 has really been an amazing year.  When I look back on what I've actually done this year it is actually quite crazy but I've enjoyed every minute of it.  There have been times of difficulty and real stress when things didn't go to plan but God has blessed me so abundantly and really allowed me to use my gifts to share with people and to create a life that is really full of joy. So at the beginning of this year, I actually said I was gonna have a quieter year and that turned out to not be true in the slightest. But it has been amazing!  So this year, I have done Oklahoma on a Farm twice, played Princess Fiona in an SA Premiere of Shrek (plus learned to tap dance), done a Bee Gee's Tribute with my sisters, climbed aboard a Pirate Ship many times, been a Siamese Twin in SideShow the Musical, been an Ice & Fire Queen, learnt and performed many Elvis songs, sang on a Cruise Ship,  sang on the radio 4 times, perfomed in concerts, gigs, dinne...

Merry Christmas and lots happening in the New Year!

It is almost Christmas and I hope that you are enjoying this wonderful festive season. Do you have traditions that you love to stick to when you celebrate? Do you get time to enjoy the family time, the catch ups etc or are you just always rushing around?  I have been very busy up until this weekend and I am enjoying the chance to slow down a bit, well at least for the new couple of days 😅 Next year is already quite packed and there is still some things to do this year, including finishing Qualification for Directorship with Mary Kay (only one person to go!) and then I am singing at the Cricket NYE but then things get really underway first week of the new year! Anyway I thought I'd let you know about what's going on next year, in case you need some last minute Christmas Gift ideas 😉 2018 is going to be a great year and I am so looking forward to sharing so many different things next year! So Starting off with  Oklahoma! on a Farm  January 5-7 with  Emma K...
